Employer Services
In an effort to meet the changing needs of organizations Walton Search has put together a list of services to customize a search to work within the budget and needs of each individual organization. These services include retained and contingency search, contract staffing and sourcing services.
Contingency Search
Payments of fees are “contingent” on our candidate being hired by your organization. We conduct an in depth search which includes you having the opportunity to interview candidates and check references but receive payment only when a placement has been made.
Retained Search
Your organization pays a fee either full or partial upfront obtaining the benefits of exclusive search to find a candidate to fill your need. These assignments are usually for time sensitive placements or those that require outside staff to focus on one position. Most fees are paid in three installments of one third to begin the search, one third due 30 days into the search and the final installment due when the placement is completed.
Partially Retained Search
A partially retained search is an agreement that enables us to fully enlist in your search with the understanding that you may complete the placement in house. A non-refundable retainer, or engagement fee, of one-third of the estimated fee is required to begin this dedicated search process. The engagement fee will then be subtracted from the final fee which is contingent based on the placement of a candidate.
Contract Staffing
We work with an outside organization that serves as our back office for contract search. Our outside organization serves as the Employer for the Contract employees relieving clients from taxes, workers compensation, payroll and unemployment liabilities. Contract Staffing allows you to bring in professional employees for a set time period or for a specific project.
Sourcing Services
On some occasions the full cycle of the recruitment process may not be required from and outside source however your organization may need assistance in identifying the correct contacts that may fit the profile of the position you are looking to fill.
